This is just a quick update to let you all know that I'm alive! I made it safely from Chad to Ethiopia, and I'm currently enjoying the beautiful mountains, cold weather (85 degrees), and good Ethiopian cuisine.
I'll have to write more later because I'm rather short on time, but I have lots of stories from the end of my time in Chad, and I'm already collecting stories from my time here in Ethiopia.

So things were a little quiet after y'all left ya. We really didn't do much, and I really didn't do much. Just you know, eat, take pills, eat again, take more pills, eat, take more pills, sleep. hahaha I ended up with giardia again one last time.
But yeah now i'm in france and it's good. (I say good with a heavy sense of poignance) I'll be meeting my parents tomorrow, and my bro on Tuesday.
I've been enjoying having internet again, somewhat catching up on facebook and deleting a few hundred emails from my southern account. And then I came upon the S/M pages of southern.edu and found one kristin thomas's blog site, so I thought I'd leave a comment.
Hope things continue to go well for you. I'm a little perplexed you're not coming down with malaria at such temperatures! It's like 60 70 here in France and I'm feeling a little achy again... ;-)

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from

treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
